This notice is prepared with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in mind for visitors who contact us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the fields you provide: name, email, optional phone number, and message content. When you use the cookie banner, we store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage under the key bcf_consent_choice.
We do not run analytics tools, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and to prepare consultation services you ask about. Under the PDPA, we rely on your consent when you submit the form and on legitimate interest in answering business inquiries proportionately.
Consent preferences are processed to honour your choice about non-essential storage and to document that choice.
Where data goes
Form submissions are sent via POST to /api/inquiry on utilitybranchpath.click—the same domain as this website. A server controlled by us receives the JSON payload. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond, provide services you request, and meet legal record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage.
Consent strings in local storage remain until you clear site data or change your choice via the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting lawful processing before withdrawal. Contact info@utilitybranchpath.click or +66-53-218-647. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organizational measures for data received through the inquiry endpoint. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive identifiers in the open message field.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date when practices change.
