This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and related planning services arranged after an inquiry. Specific fees and session formats are confirmed in your service agreement; the timeframes below are proposed standard terms pending business confirmation where not yet signed.

Eligibility

Refunds may be available when we cancel a session, when you cancel within the allowed window before a confirmed appointment, or when we agree a session could not be delivered as described.

Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before a confirmed session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling once.
• 24–72 hours before: 50% refund of prepaid fees, or rescheduling subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund; we may offer partial credit at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included when requested at least 72 hours ahead. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee if stated in your confirmation email.

Work already started

If planning work has begun under a fixed-scope engagement, refunds cover only the unused portion after deducting time already spent and documented.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs we pay on your behalf (government filing fees, courier, booked venues) are non-refundable once incurred.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible; bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Deposits

Deposits hold a calendar slot. Deposits follow the same cancellation windows unless your written quote states otherwise.

How to request a refund

Email info@utilitybranchpath.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law where they apply to your transaction.
